ENT is the most economical wheel set in the ELITEWHEELS series, in order to provide the most accessible wheel set for you with racing dreams.
Gravel ENT wheels choose 35mm depth and 22mm inner width and
45mm depth and 24mm inner width
, and can use 700 x 28C-700 x 50C tires. inner tires are compatible with tubeless tire.
We use more than 50 of Toray T800 material to ensure the lightness and reliability of the wheel. In addition, the R-angle design is also adopted on the tire installation position on the rim, which has better passability when the tire pressure is low, and at the same time, the impact strength is also greatly improved.
HUB
The ENT hub uses 7075 high-density aluminum alloy as the hub shell material. The hub shell uses forging technology to make the hub shell more dense. The axis is also processed by 7075 aluminum alloy. The hub shell is made of a Japanese 5-axis CNC lathe at one time. During processing, the concentricity of each flange angle, axis, and bearing is guaranteed to be within a tolerance of 0.05mm.
A stronger bearing can ensure powerful high-speed output and accurate cornering at high speeds. Therefore, the ENT hub uses 6902 bearing for both front and rear hubs.
Pillar aero spoke
Standard use Pillar 1423 spokes.both front and rear wheels use 2x cross lacing hand-built wheel. Each spoke has 16 times tension releases. The deflection of the wheel is guaranteed to be within 0.2mm.
