Lockout

The lockout setting prevents the fork from compressing until significant impact occurs.
When the lockout adjuster knob is in the open position the suspension fork is able to compress quickly and freely through its full range of travel.
When the lockout adjuster knob is in the lock position the suspension fork will withstand compressing in its travel until significant bump impact or downward force occurs.
To activate lockout mode, turn the turntable knob clockwise until it stops.
To deactivate lockout mode, turn the turntable knob counter-clockwise.

The fork is large, offers a good balance of cushioning and control. I’ve ridden it on cross-country trails and some single trails and it has done a great job of absorbing bumps while keeping that front wheel on the ground.
